Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information for your parcel.

Orders over 1200 zł ship free within Poland.

You have 14 days to return your order, counting from the day of delivery. You do not need to give a reason. You can conveniently start the whole process online via our form at zwroty.cloudwear.pl

The cost of sending products back is covered by the customer. Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days.

Complaints are processed within up to 14 calendar days of receiving the report.
If a complaint is accepted, we also refund the cost of the return shipment.
